On CNN: Former Haley Supporter: "If the election were held tomorrow, I'd vote for Biden."

Says the debate briefly gave him pause (of course Erin Burnett had to ask), but is reassured after seeing Biden do fine at events post-debate.

Trump congratulates Justice Samuel Alito for declining calls to recuse in Jan. 6 related cases

Trump congratulated Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito on Truth Social, applauding him "for showing the INTELLIGENCE, COURAGE, AND 'GUTS' to refuse stepping aside from making a decision on anything January 6th related."

"All U.S. Judges, Justices, and Leaders should have such GRIT — Our Country would be far more advanced than its current status as A BADLY FAILING NATION, headed by the Worst President in American History, Crooked Joe Biden!" Trump wrote.

Trump's message comes after Alito announced earlier today that he wouldn't be recusing himself from the Jan. 6-related cases before the Supreme Court.

Hmm... just where do you live, RFK Jr.?

RFK Jr. lists voting address at Westchester home — that’s in foreclosure and neighbors have never seen him

Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. lists his residence to vote as a tony Westchester County address — which is in foreclosure proceedings for non-payment, court records show.

The independent candidate claims his voting address is 84 Croton Lake Road In Katonah, though he is not the owner of the million-dollar property-in-arrears, does not show up in resident searches for it, and some longtime neighbors — and even local authorities — were shocked at the notion it’s his home.

“No … he doesn’t live here,” a local cop insisted Sunday.

Joy Reid interview tonight with Brittney Griner

This is really an interesting and touching interview. I'd never heard of Brittney before she was imprisoned in Russia and I didn't know much more than that afterward.

I hope everyone who gets a chance to watch this interview, does. She really sounds like a special person.

Nick Ackerman is critical of Ari Melber's interview with Avenatti

IMO Melber deserved to be on the hot seat.

Nick Akerman is critical of Ari Melber's interview with Avenatti.

"I wouldn't take his word on any of those two things! He knows NOTHING about this case... he's not a witness in this case!"

He adds that "no reasonable district attorney" would ever put Avenatti on the stand.
