Watching the Las Vegas sheriffs presser the timeline change caused more questions for me. In taking active shooter training at nauseam one thing is stressed, during an active shooter event law enforcement first priority is to get to the shooter, rescue of civilians is secondary.
From the security officer they knew floor and room number so why were they clearing rooms? Why the big delay in breaching the door? Were they that confident the shooter was done?
The girlfriend?
Protective custody? I would assume if she's free to move about some reporter would have seen her?
Just questions I am not trying to suggest wrong doing although I did hear some security experts say Mandalay bay may have questions to answer about their security.
