I thought I had seen it all in the hours after the Las Vegas massacre, from Hillary did it to blm rented the room. Today I see a thread in a Facebook comment thread that started with.
"Do they know if there was a relationship of Albert Kennedy and the Vegas shooter?"
Ok I'm one to bite..
"Who is Albert Kennedy?"
Evidently in 2013 with aldean aboard a pedestrian Albert Kennedy stepped out in front of aldeans tour bus killing him in Indiana. Law enforcement determined it was simply an accident.
These bozos go on and on adding to the conspiracy that somehow the massacre was a revenge plot on aldean.

I believe nothing will change and I say that as a gun owner. Why is it so hard to simply say:
"We at the NRA will always support our second amendment rights. But, due to tragic gun violence we also believe that some weapons should never be owned by citizens of the United States"
Of course on the black market you could still get them but doing away with "The 2nd amendment says I can own ANY weapon" misnomer currently backed by the NRA would certainly make people think more.
I have never heard the NRA for example state "No one needs a machine gun".
