Womens March Launches Global Mission For Equality
Womens March Global (WMG) the international arm of the Womens March on Washington (WMW) has launched its mission statement as total participation across the world looks set to hit the one million mark.
Three hundred national and international sister marches will join forces with the Womens March on Washington (WMW) DC rally on Jan 21 the day after the U.S. Presidential Inauguration spanning nearly 80 cities in nearly 40 countries across six continents. As march day approaches, the WMG has set out four clear aims.

These Democrats aren't attending Trump's inauguration

Washington (CNN) A growing number of Democratic lawmakers are boycotting President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration, particularly after revelations of Russia's alleged meddling in the 2016 election and his rebuke of civil rights icon John Lewis on Saturday.
Some members of Congress have said they will be protesting in DC and in their districts instead. Here's a list of Democrats who have publicly said they won't be at the ceremony Friday.
The count is up to 24 now
