are the volatile nature of these BLM protests. I fully support the cause, but after the bs we saw in Chicago recently, Democrats should be very, very alarmed. The polls are tightening because of this. Use your heads not your hearts team! I remember once when I was in college protesting the clear cutting of redwood forests in N California. I bought a lunch for this sorry looking, homeless hippy guy who joined us in the protest. Big mistake. He turned out to be a psycho. Flipped out and went from a tree hugger dead head to a total right wing right to life literally overnight. He ran around campus handing out offensive flyers and spewing whacked out nonsense. I was embarrassed to know the guy. Then one day he drops ou. I don’t see him for a couple months. He then comes back with a hair cut, clean shaven and a suit and tie, spewing the same exact nonsense. But then all of sudden people began to take him seriously. That was my first foreshadowing of this Trump nightmare.
If BLM were to shut all the protests down
we would win in a massive landslide which would enhance the possibility of achieving all the goals BLM is trying to achieve. If this is the main argument Trump is leveling, BLM are creating lawlessness, having all the protests shut down would f him up royally. Counter intuitive but this is the reality. Democrats, can we be sly, pragmatic and devious for once and play some 4D chess.

I was recruited to work for the Trump Campaign
I am a graphic designer by trade. A recruiter contacted me to do graphic work for the Satan Campaign the other day. LOL. My wife wanted me to do it and be a mole and sabotage. I seriously considered it but I just wouldn’t be able to stomach it. Besides, I live in a very blue state and it would probably be career suicide. Hey Biden, if you need a graphic designer I am available!
Cultural appropriation
I had a conversation with my daughter. She was concerned about some outfit she wanted to get, which had an African flavor but was worried it would be interpreted as cultural appropriation and a photo may go on social media and she would get savaged by it. Is this what we have come to? There used to be a time when we viewed cultural diversity as a strength precisely because cultures would influence each other. I think of the Kogi truck phenomenon in LA where they combined Korean and Mexican food. I think that is beautiful. I am an old school liberal and I find this situation horrifying and not helping race relations or the cause of cultural diversity at all. Someone please explain this insane bullshit to me. I don’t get it.
