New York Times suspends Glenn Thrush

Yikes, this sounds bad.

“A star political reporter at the New York Times has been suspended over allegations of sexual misconduct involving younger, female journalists.

In a statement, a spokesperson for the Times called the allegations against Glenn Thrush, one of the newspaper's top reporters covering the Trump administration, "very concerning and not in keeping with the standards and values of The New York Times."

"We intend to fully investigate and while we do, Glenn will be suspended," the spokesperson said. "We support his decision to enter a substance abuse program. In the meantime, we will not be commenting further."

Has anyone else seen 'The Brainwashing of my Dad"?

I watched it yesterday night. It's an hour and a half documentary about how ending the Fairness Doctrine led to the explosion of talk radio, Fox News and the conservative party that it is today. I don't want to spoil too much for those who haven't seen it, but it's seriously a must watch.

It follows one man in particular, and how as he started listening to Rush Limbaugh, he turned into a far right headcase and how the same exact thing has happened to millions of people.

A deeper meaning to this Virginia wave

They can eliminate all gerrymandering in the state and make sure it's an even playing field, as long as everything holds.

Are we going to see congressmen up for re-election start moving from Trump?

Not necessarily in deep red states, but in toss up stars and districts. CNN is really beating in the point that 33 percent of voters tonight said that they were doing it in defiance of Trump.

And this is with Northam not doing a whole lot to tie Gillespie to Trump. Imagine how lopsided it could have been if he had done that.
