So if election night, shows that Biden is leading, does trump say wait for the mail in ballots?

That would be interesting after saying they are fraudulent.

They are invading Nascar. Michael Jordan is now a Nascar owner. Bubba Wallace will be his driver

Oh snap! This could be huge! Greatest basketball player of all time entering the Nascar Arena.

Michael Jordan Becomes NASCAR's 1st Black Principal Owner In Nearly 50 Years–and Bubba Wallace Is His Driver

Earlier this month, Bubba Wallace raised eyebrows when he announced his decision to cut ties with Richard Petty Motorsports after three seasons. And for those curious about his next move, the wait is officially over.

According to NASCAR, on Monday, Michael Jordan announced that he’ll be joining forces with three-time Daytona 500 winner Denny Hamlin to form a NASCAR Cup Series team—and (SURPRISE!!!!) Wallace will be its driver.

“Growing up in North Carolina, my parents would take my brothers, sisters and me to races, and I’ve been a NASCAR fan my whole life,” His Airness said in a statement. “The opportunity to own my own racing team in partnership with my friend, Denny Hamlin, and to have Bubba Wallace driving for us, is very exciting for me. Historically, NASCAR has struggled with diversity and there have been few Black owners. The timing seemed perfect as NASCAR is evolving and embracing social change more and more.”

“In addition to the recent commitment and donations I have made to combat systemic racism, I see this as a chance to educate a new audience and open more opportunities for Black people in racing.”

Michael Jordan's the highest-profile Black team owner in NASCAR history (heck, he's the highest profile, period) ... but driver Jesse Iwuji says he's far from the last, 'cause the sports about to get a lot more diverse!

... and that's super important for an organization that has historically lacked diversity within its ranks.

TMZ Sports talked to Xfinity series star Jesse Iwuji -- a 33-year-old African American driver -- about the impact MJ's arrival will have on NASCAR.

"I think that was huge! Especially just with NASCAR looking to continue to expand diversity and really showcase to people around the world that, 'Hey NASCAR just isn't just a one-sided type sport," Iwuji says.

Jesse continued ... "We include all. We're here for inclusion, we're all about making sure that it's an open environment so no matter what color you are, no matter what religion, gender it doesn't matter, NASCAR is open to everything. It's really cool to see that diversity come in."

Iwuji says he expects -- and has some inside insight -- that other minorities will be following MJ's lead, and entering the racing world.

Here's something you can do to help. Donate to help Florida ex felons vote. I did today!

I don't have billions like Bloomberg, but it felt really good to do this today.
Please spread the word. Florida figured they could suppress the vote, despite voter rights being restored by insisting all outstanding fines and fees be paid off. Let's get these fees paid off!

You can help by making a donation here

Former New York Mayor and Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg has raised $16 million to help pay the outstanding fines and fees of felons in Florida, allowing them to regain their voting rights ahead of Election Day.

The initiative combines funds raised by Bloomberg in the past week from prominent individuals and foundations with $5 million raised by the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition to target 32,000 felons in Florida who are already registered to vote and owe less than $1,500 as part of their restitution.

"The right to vote is fundamental to our democracy and no American should be denied that right,” Bloomberg said in a statement. “Working together with the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, we are determined to end disenfranchisement and the discrimination that has always driven it.”

Florida is a hotly contested state in the November presidential election, with President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden locked in a virtual tie, according to recent polls. Trump won the state in 2016 by 1.2 percentage points, a less than 113,000 vote difference.

4 cops charged in death of man with mental health issues- they told his family he had a heart attack

On April 5, 44-year-old Tommie McGlothen died while in police custody in Shreveport, La. In June, The Root reported that McGlothen’s family was originally told by police that he died of a heart attack, but cell phone video footage released that month showed something different. Now, four Shreveport police officers are charged with negligent homicide and malfeasance in connection with his death

Here’s what we reported in June:

The police were responding after McGlothen allegedly got into a fight with someone in the neighborhood. In April, Shreveport police told McGlothen’s family that he suffered a heart attack, but when the family went to view his body, they discovered he had a broken nose, broken jaw and the entire right side of his face was swollen.

Understandably, the family wants answers as to why Shreveport police didn’t publicly acknowledge McGlothen’s death and why they misled the family about the circumstances surrounding it.

“I just wanted to know what happened,” Tommy McGlothen III, McGlothen’s son, told KSLA. It took 54 days for the Shreveport Police Department to send an investigative report to District Attorney James Stewart. Even then, Stewart said the file was “missing reports, statements, downloads and other vital information essential to conduct a thorough and complete review.”

The video footage aired exclusively on KSLA 12 showed a white male officer hit McGlthen in the back as a Black female officer tried to hold him down.

When it comes to racism, I don't know how you reach these people.

I had to change the channel, Kudos to Ali Velshi for trying to have this conversation, but I couldn't deal with it.

One guy said. " I think when you keep talking about it, is what is bringing it to the surface" - So there you have it. Talking about racism, causes racism. If only we didn't talk about racism, there wouldn't be racism. I don't have the patience. I'm glad there are smarter people than myself that want to tackle this, because I'd rather just not deal with these folks.

One woman said, its white men that are basically suffering.

I'm sure trump and his minions are very happy about RBG's passing. Nothing to do with the SC

They get a break from non stop Covid coverage, coverage of the fires ravaging states, racial unrest.
We officially passed 200, 000 deaths today. We aren't talking about that. That's understandable, the nation is in mourning and her passing sets the stage for a fight over her seat. So yeah, we need to talk about it all.

But I am sure trump and his minions are happy to not have the focus on their failures.
Remember when he said, keeping covid deaths to 100,000 would be a good job? We thought that was shocking at that time. We have doubled that number and the year is not yet over. So yeah, I'm sure he appreciates the break from covid coverage.

Trump supporters swarm to block and intimidate voters at Virginia early voting site

And so it begins
And what say the AG? And the president? This is America. Unfuckingbelievable.

In a preview of the chaos and voter intimidation that could erupt on election day itself, MAGA-hatted supporters of Donald Trump launched a protest outside an early voting polling place in Fairfax, Virginia this morning.

Anthony Tilghman, an award-winning filmmaker and photographer, was on the scene and posted videos of the Trump supporters’ illegal interference in the electoral process by blocking access to the polling place and intimidating any voters who did not share their enthusiasm for the failed Trump presidency.

It’s uncertain if any potential voters turned away after encountering the demonstration or if any declined to risk the increased chances of exposure to the COVID-19 virus when voters were forced to move to the confined spaces inside the polling place to wait to while avoiding the mostly maskless demonstrators.

Tilghman posted additional footage of the MAGA protestors impeding access to the polls, as well as an update about the dissolution of the demonstration once additional security was brought to the scene to break up the illegal electioneering and voter intimidation.

866-OUR-VOTE is the number to call anywhere in the US to report election interference.

Clayton County deputy fired after seen on video repeatedly striking Black man during traffic stop

The most horrific thing about this video. The little boy running over to his dad as he is being beaten
I fear for the mental health of these children. Just as Jacob Blake's children witnessed his attempted murder, this child subjected to see this brutality against his father. I just can't. These cops should be charged with child abuse. Why not? Women that are the victims of domestic violence are often charged when their children witness their abuse, and they are victims themselves.
