Haley: Top Trump aides tried to get me to undermine him
Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley claims two of President Trumps former senior advisers tried to get her to undermine him to save the country, The Washington Post reported Sunday, citing Haleys upcoming memoir and an interview with her.
According to the newspaper, Haley said former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and former White House chief of staff John Kelly would try to get her to work around the president.

Rand Paul Argues Trump Has 'Every Right' To Freeze Military Aid To Ukraine
But also, presidents have withheld aid before for corruption, he continued. So the thing is, I think its a mistake to say, Oh, he withheld aid until he got what he wanted. Well, if its corruption, and he believes there to be corruption, he has every right to withhold aid.

Schiff Whacks Nunes' Witness Requests: Will Not Abet 'Sham Investigations'
Nunes, ranking member on the committee, sent his list in a letter to Schiff earlier on Saturday, naming the whistleblower and Hunter Biden among the people Republicans want to testify.
Schiff responded in a statement, saying that he would give the request due consideration.
This inquiry is not, and will not serve, however, as a vehicle to undertake the same sham investigations into the Bidens or 2016 that the President pressed Ukraine to conduct for his personal political benefit, or to facilitate the Presidents effort to threaten, intimidate, and retaliate against the whistleblower who courageously raised the initial alarm, Schiff wrote.
Mulvaney attempts to join lawsuit over House subpoena
He claims that he cannot choose between complying with the House subpoena he received and the White House's instruction that he is immune from testifying, and would like a federal court to decide for him.
Mulvaney's move in court adds him to the ongoing case of another uncooperative impeachment witness, former deputy national security adviser Charles Kupperman, who sued House members and the White House before his scheduled testimony, asking a court to resolve whether he should follow the White House's orders that he is immune from testimony or the House's subpoena. Kupperman's case isn't set to be resolved for weeks, if not until mid-December or later.

I haven't seen a thread on this yet.
Forget impeachment. Donald Trump needs to resign
THE VISCERAL REACTION I had to the summary of President Trumps phone call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky was that he should resign the presidency. So obvious and brazen was the abuse of presidential power; so evident was Trumps concern only for his own political interests; and so lacking was any consideration of the national interest.
But there are few in politics who seem to share this view. Aside from former Texas congressman and presidential candidate Beto ORourke, its hard to find any elected official Democrat or Republican who has called on Trump to step down.
As the historian Rick Perlstein, author of The Invisible Bridge: The Fall of Nixon and the Rise of Reagan, pointed out to me, in the weeks and months after the Saturday Night Massacre in October 1973, prominent members of Congress from both parties called on President Nixon to resign, including Senator Walter Mondale, a Minnesota Democrat, and Senator Edward Brooke, a Massachusetts Republican. Time magazine made the same demand in its first-ever editorial.

It might be the wine, but I am just giddy.
I really think this is it. He will not survive. Just thinking about what has been leaked today, what more is coming tomorrow. I really do think we will see a resignation
"He is a confessed liar; trying to reduce his prison sentence."
How do you respond to this?
"He has already been convicted of lying."
No big deal according to my Trump loving family while watching Fox news. It is gonna take a lot more than this to convince the true believers.
