Senator Blumenthal's answer to the "expand the SC" question on MSNBC went like

we must WIN this election in both the Senate and the White house before, and THEN:

"Everything is on the table."

But WE MUST WIN this election FIRST (because if we win the WH but lose the Senate, nothing of this will be possible).

Violating DOJ Rules, Barr Announces Investigation into "Discarded Trump Ballots", Assisting Trump

Glenn Kirschner

There are three bedrock principles/prohibitions governing DOJ practices: 1. never comment on (don't confirm, don't deny) a pending investigation; 2. never make any announcement within 60 days of an election that could impact public opinion regarding any candidate or the election generally; and 3. never disclose how a citizen voted. Bill Barr's Department of Justice violated all three principles by issuing a press release that seven mailed ballots cast by military members for Donald Trump were allegedly discarded in a county in Pennsylvania.

This announcement seems designed to assist Donald Trump in the upcoming election and makes Barr seem more like Donald Trump's campaign chairman and less like a legitimate Attorney General.

Since when is Karen McDougal part of the Government??

Re: Karen McDougal loses lawsuit over ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’ segment slamming ‘extortion’ of President Trump

https://www.msn.com/en-us/tv/news/karen-mcdougal-loses-lawsuit-over-fox-news-segment-slamming-extortion-of-trump/ar-BB19oAZp?ocid=msedgntp

But Manhattan Federal Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil ruled that context is key. Viewers, she wrote, tune in specifically for Carlson’s “overheated rhetoric” and “pitched commentary.”

“As (Fox News) notes, Mr. Carlson himself aims to ‘challenge political correctness and media bias,’” the judge wrote.

...

Fox News in a statement said McDougal’s suit was a threat to free speech.

“(Her) lawsuit attempted to silence spirited opinion commentary on matters of public concern. The court today held that the First Amendment plainly prohibits such efforts to stifle free speech. The decision is a victory not just for FOX News Media, but for all defenders of the First Amendment,” the statement said.

Is Vyskocil another un-qualified RWNJ judge?
