Smackdown2019
Smackdown2019's JournalThe power of a vote.
It's really pathetic that a voter would STILL vote for this future convict we call as Mr. President.
Our forefathers UNDERSTOOD that power, they understood how IMPORTANT a vote is and MUST be given by uninfluencful mind.
All I see now are the UNEDUCATED minds or BRAINWASHED NAZIS that STILL support this pathetic little wicker!
French flying solider Bastille day
The French army has Hoover boards for their armed forces to fly on and was used in their Bastille day parade. Lmao, bet trump felt he got out beat on parades.
Immigration and the 4th amendment of our bill of rights
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment IV
persons or things to be seized.
ICE have warrants to cease persons. In other words, if someone is with someone that has a warrant, they can not be picked up as well.
Immigration and Nationality Act
Over our History of USA, immigrants built this country from the east coast to the west coast. From battling the British on the east coast, building the railroads of the midwest to connect the west coast, to the shipyards of west coast, immigrants have been part of American History. Upto the 1950s, immigration was not really enforced. Yes we had Ellis Island, but that system was to protect America from diseases of knowledge to fight against. But still immigrants were not turned away nor round up like cattle in today times. .
I.M.A. should be expanded to include a provision. A provision that I truly should be included for it is a naturalization process. Any child that had public education of more 4 years and completed the education with a diploma. Has in my mind been naturalized as an American Citizen through education. That state document we all recieved when we complete high school, was an institutional document that stamped that we learned what to prepare us for the real world. After all, free public education has been part of US History for decades.
If a immigrant child went to our school and dropped out, he or she in mind did not finish the process that was given to them.
I know this may stir some harsh criticism, but I believe if you are in this country as immigrant, you should atleast become a citizen by proper means.
