I'll bet Chump does not tweet about this.

Morning Consult methodology is outstanding. I enjoyed studying the data.

MC was one of the most accurate polls in 2016. Had HRC winning popular vote by 3%, she won by 2.1%.

Typo in the first sentence of Rubin's oped.

This is Biden’s strength — his ability to bear his own soul in a way that offers to let others do the same and seek consolation and comfort.

Shouldn't that be "bare" not "bear"?

Memorize GA State Rep. Smyre's endorsement. Repeat to everyone when we all GOTV next year.

State Rep. Calvin Smyre, the longest-serving member of the Georgia Legislature and one of the state’s most influential Democrats, said Tuesday he is endorsing former Vice President Joe Biden’s campaign for president.

Smyre, the dean of the Georgia House, told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution he was drawn to Biden because of his decades of experience in the U.S. Senate and tenure as President Barack Obama’s No. 2.

“He’s got the stature, the experience and the knowledge,” said Smyre. “He meets all the requirements for a president. He’s endured difficult times and weathered personal storms. We’ve got a cadre of candidates running, but Joe Biden is the one who won’t need on the job training.”

The endorsement comes as Biden’s wife, Dr. Jill Biden, is set to arrive in Atlanta Tuesday for a fundraiser. Smyre joins a group of prominent Georgia supporters of Biden that includes Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and former U.S. Sen. Max Cleland.

VP Joe Biden helped save ObamaCare by convincing Sen. McCain to vote, "No."

I and millions of other Americans will always be indebted to him.

Warren has a 1% share of black voters. Try to "sell" that as "electable" in a general election.

"Biden, Harris, and Booker overperform among black Democratic voters, while Warren receives 1% in this group."

I have been an Obama Mama since 2007. I approve this message.

What could Representative Gabbard be "jealous" of?

Is it this?

Or this?

Q. If the 2020 Democratic presidential primaries were being held today and you had to make a choice between these two candidates, for whom would you vote? (asked of Democrats & Democratic leaners)

August: Sanders versus Biden +20% | July: Biden +29%
August: Warren versus Biden +20% | July Biden +19%
August: Harris versus Biden +24% | July Biden +23%

Their polling showed that if the primary race were down to only two Democratic candidates at this point, Biden being one of them:

Biden beats Sanders 55% - 35%

Biden beats Warren 52% to 32%

Biden beats Harris 55% to 31%

Biden has slipped a little from July. But that 20+ points is still a commanding lead over his three closest competitors in those head-to-head matchups.

When they simply asked for Democratic candidate preference, the results were:

Biden 30%
Sanders 19%
Warren 11%
Harris 11%
O'Rourke 4%
Booker 4%
Buttigieg 3%
All others 1% or less

Maybe it's these?

LIKELY VOTER Harris X Aug.23-26: Biden 36%, Sanders 14%, Warren 14%, Harris 6%, Buttigieg 5%: https://www.democraticunderground.com/1287255855

Biden and Bernie the only Democrats to beat Trump in new poll

Snip...

Biden leads Trump by 7 points overall in the POLITICO/Morning Consult survey and also posts larger leads than the other Democratic candidates among independents (by 8 points), self-identified moderates (27 points) and voters in the Midwest (5 points).

Biden “would potentially attract the most broad swath of voters across the ideological spectrum in a matchup against President Trump,” said Tyler Sinclair, Morning Consult’s vice president. “Our polling shows 38 percent of independents and 9 percent of Republicans say they would vote for Biden over Trump
, respectively. Bernie Sanders receives the same level of support among independents but less Republican support at 6 percent, while Elizabeth Warren holds at 32 percent of independents and 5 percent of Republicans.”

Looking at the above poll results, former DNC Vice Chair (2013-2016), Iraq War veteran and National Guard member (serving our country since 2003) Representative Tulsi Gabbard should be very envious of Joe. Instead, she publicly defended him after the first debate against Harris' implication that Joe is a racist.

Rhetoric 101. "I don't believe you're a racist, but..." means you're about to imply he's a racist.

I am puzzled. Please explain why "Tulsi is jealous of Kamala"? Thanks in advance!
