If they add it later on its own form just throw that form away. If they ask you where is the form just answer what form. If they say it is the citizen form ask them if they put a form in your documents that The Supreme Court said could not be in it. Ask them if they believe in The Constitution. Ask them what other illegal things they do for the government. Tell them you are going to turn them into the FBI. Ask them if their boss told them to find out where the form is. Ask them for his or her name so you can turn them into the FBI also. Ask them if they want you to do something illegal for the government. Ask them if they are working for the Russians. Ask them if they know the words to the Russian National Anthem. I may even sing it to them. I will probably come up with more questions by the time I receive the census. When you have dementia you would be surprised what you can get away with.

Lack of thumb and finger roll for instance. I was diagnosed with PD in 2005. I could not use any of the Dopa medications and was put on Rasagiline. Later my neurologists changed the diagnosis mainly because I never had the thumb and finger roll to vascular dementia after yearly MRIs showed changes in the white matter in my brain. I have the slurred word, misuse of words, confusion and incomplete sentences. My vascular dementia is caused by multiple mini-strokes.

The later in the day the more chance it was Sundowner Syndrome. Does not necessarily mean it was.

the question will be invalid. It looks like if he tries then the question will be on a separate form. We have to make sure that everyone including illegal immigrants through that piece of paper away. How can they arrest you for not answering a question that legally doesn't even exist? Since legal and illegal throw away that form how will they know who is legal or illegal are they going to arrest millions of people?
