This was Taylor Swift's message yesterday about speaking out.

In summation...
We have officially wrapped the European leg of The Eras Tour. With it came the most passionate crowds I've ever played for, new traditions in the show, and an entirely new era added in. It was a more hectic pace than we'd done before, and I'm so proud of my crew/fellow performers for being able to physically perform that show and build our massive stage, take it apart, and make magic with so few days in between for recovery and travel. They're the most impressive people I know and ľ'm SO lucky they gave The Eras Tour their time, their energy, and their expertise.
Walking onstage in London was a rollercoaster of emotions. Having our Vienna shows cancelled was devastating. The reason for the cancellations filled me with a new sense of fear, and a tremendous amount of guilt, because so many people had planned on coming to those shows. But I was also so grateful to the authorities, because thanks to them, we were grieving concerts and not lives. I was heartened by the love and unity I saw in the fans who banded together. I decided that all of my energy had to go toward helping to protect the nearly half a million people I had coming to see the shows in London. My team and I worked hand in hand with stadium staff, and British authorities, every day in pursuit of that goal, and I want to thank them for everything they did for us. Let me be very clear: I am not going to speak about something publicly if I think doing so might provoke those who would want to harm the fans who come to my shows.
In cases like this one, 'silence' is actually showing restraint, and waiting to express yourself at a time when it's right to. My priority was finishing our European tour safely, and it is with great relief that I can say we did that.
And then London felt like a beautiful dream sequence. All five crowds at Wembley Stadium were bursting with passion, joy, and exuberance. The energy in that stadium was like the most giant bear hug from 92,000 people each night, and it brought me back to a place of carefree calm up there.

Abortion pill.

So, I thought this interesting. I work for an insurance company. We cover abortions 100%. I got a call from a facility telling me virtual setting, for abortion and I was like what, is that the pill? Yes. So I asked some questions and thought it was valuable information. Hey Jane in NY, Ny... legit credited I ran the information. A real licensed provider. I asked so someone from out of state can call you. Yes he said but there are restrictions. I asked if it matter on state law and he said, that would be restrictions.

We are talking coded to not step on each others toes until we saw we were on the same side and that it is a valuable service.

Anyway, I felt good learning this information. I personally was not aware there was this possibility and I can see ways around with red state restrictions.

I need educated. I really have not been following politics like I use to.

I am so disgusted with Trump and Biden has had it well in hand.

But here we are at another election and I need to get educated on Harris. I need to focus now on what was said last week. Just a couple days into her kick off. I am being told all Sanders needs is specifics what Harris stands for with the working class. That she will lose otherwise. That Dems historically turn their back on working class, except Biden, which I absolutely disagree with. Now Harris was Biden VP and carry his stuff along when she wins and has stated that I believe. In the mere handful of days she has been given before being schooled on what to do with her campaign, has she been turning her back, ignoring the working class? Because I have to really assumed in this economy and people's concern with inflation and increase in costs, there has been at least a minimal amount of information about plans for the middle class.

Can you all share what you have heard the last week in her speeches? Will be good info to have from here on out when we have to educate others saying she and Dems just do not help working class.

Thanks.

How come mine never look like y'lls? Why don't we know this. I am at work so will confirm later, but did have someone tell me this was true. Since it is ALL based on religion, seems like they lose.

Colorado.... I am looking to move to the Denver area.

I want the most beautiful, fun, hip, cool. I have missed mountains too sso I was thinking west side of city so closer to mountains and could have a view. Anyway, what area do I want to look at. Apartment for now and not worried about cost. More about having fun and only a year. I am living in Uptown Minneapolis a couple blocks from a lake and across street from Lunds groceries, a block from library, lots of restaurants so I rarely drive. Oh oh and not far from a Traders Joe. Love my Traders Joe.

Does anyone have fun suggestions.

Eugene Police Department to adopt new Behavioral Health Co-Response Team to handle mental health crises downtown

Since the beginning of the Black Lives Matter movement in 2013 and the murder of George Floyd in 2020, law enforcement agencies across the country have been faced with increased public demand to incorporate mental health professionals into their agencies. The new partnership will make the EPD one of few police departments nationwide to adopt a co-response model for mental health emergencies.

“The primary goal here is recognizing not everybody that's suffering from a behavioral mental health crisis is also committing [a] crime,” Eugene Police Chief Chris Skinner explained. “We're going to try to continue to match the right response with the right need, then we need to have a response for those folks, so we want our partners at Lane County to come alongside of us and [in] a co-response model … we need that tool in our tool belt.”
