Then we "passed by" CNN just in time to hear Erin B. ask Katie Porter if the Democrats should have someone other than Joe Biden for President. I'm sure Katie gave a good response, but we were out of there by then.

I believe David Plouffe first used the term. The first time I heard it I was listening to NPR and Mara Liasson uttered it. I couldn't believe I had heard correctly.
