About SomewhereInTheMiddle
Probably would be considered a centrist. I have been the most conservative person in my family while being the most liberal person at my workplace. While not a swing voter, having always voted Democrat in presidential elections, I am still the sort of voter that both parties probably need to reach out to. I value civil discourse and fear the demonization of any who do not share your beliefs that is too common in political discussion. I know it is possible for a well-meaning person to honestly think something I disagree is the best thing for this nation. There is a difference between being misinformed or drawing different conclusions from the same facts and being evil or hateful. I also believe there are evil and hateful people out there and they must be opposed. I have been rightly accused of pedantry. This sometimes shows in my posts.Avatar Image
