18. I really hate Sara Palin but having a nephew

who came from a good home with two parents who loved him and cared for him and he turned out like this makes me have some sympathy for what they are dealing with. My sister has not slept through the night for over 4 years. He is an adult so there is little they can do but try and keep him alive as best they can. They have mortgaged their house to get him out of jail when he was nuts and got angry with someone, plus the three tries at rehab. I would not wish this on my worst enemy, not even Sara.
