Usually UNGA resolutions related to Israel don't have that many no votes, abstentions, and non-votes.

There was the vote at the end of November, for instance, that was 151-6 with 9 abstentions - which basically said that Israel has no ties to Jerusalem.

This vote had 23 fewer countries voting yes.
