Have Romney's poll numbers "edged up," or has the negative effect "barely dented" the numbers.

You can't have both.

Also, your panelists are a few weeks behind on the fact checking--not only has the "Romney has been cleared" meme been proven inaccurate, but there has been additional evidence added that supports the fact that Romney is lying about his tenure at Bain.
