I had a discussion with a friend about this very thing yesterday. I suggested "conspiracy" but I like the rest of your list too, especially "obstruction of justice."

Collusion is not a crime in itself, only when it's part of a conspiracy. Which makes me wonder why Dump is so adamant that there was none.
