been willingly giving up more and more of their rights. Drug testing and property forfeitures are the most egregious.

Ultimately, employers (and government) want to control you off-the-clock time as much as your on-the-clock. Frankly, I am surprised this hasn't happened already...who needs those rights (no unreasonable searches) if you aren't guilty and have nothing to hide. Of course, no one would ever usurp their authority and use it against you.
