Copy the url of the video, paste it into the box at keepvid.com, and click the little arrow immediately to the right. I couldn't make it work on the ipad, but it worked on my hp laptop. I saved the file as 480p and moved it from downloads onto my desktop.
There are 2 parts to the audiobook on youtube.
As for legality issues, I bought the ibook yesterday and I have no intention of listening to the audio version. I just wanted to see if I could do it.

you can download the kindle reader app onto your laptop, phone or PC I believe.

You can read kindle books on PCs, MACs, iPhones/iPads, and Android phones with appropriate software.
