the most unpopular Governor is NJ's history (with good cause) but thinks he would have won the Presidency? He might have asked Trump to stop with the Bridgegate remarks but there's no way Bridgegate would have been taken off the table had he been the nominee in 2016.

Egomaniacs all have a conflated impression of themselves. Christie lost his shot when he refused to run in 2012 when Republicans were begging him to jump in, even Nancy Reagan.

He blew it. He just cannot admit the truth. Bye-bye, Christie. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
