We go around the world scolding, chastising, berating other countries for not being democratic enough, and then we hang on to the long outdated electoral college.

Individuals who live in populous states like California, New York, Texas and Florida are not equal when it comes to electing our president to individuals who live in Montana.

The electoral college is an anachronism we can no longer accept.

Do away with the electoral college. Amend the Constitution.

And while we are at it, let's make it very clear that corporations are not people, not persons in the eyes of the law. Nor are other organizational forms like partnerships or LLCs, etc. Only human beings are persons.
