Saying that somebody who has broken laws can't go to the Senate to write laws is like saying someone who has beaten his legal-given wife, can't act as a judge in a divorce or paternity case. . . . You'd probably keep him from even being a marriage councilor! . . . . Don't you see how crazy that is?"
