The description of the video that recorded the event and the fathers grief almost makes me physically upset just thinking about it.

Yes, the death involved the reckless, negligent supervision of adults who shouldn't have let someone so small use such a gun, but there are many ways for parents to negligently supervise their kids during recreational activities where the kids pay the price horribly.
