Whether it's Chinese or Russian oligarchs or wealthy leaders of Saudi Arabia or United Arab Emirates, he has been open to deals.

Ivanka has admitted that her "friendship" with Wendi is in order to make business connections.

Besides just the yacht vacation in Croatia last summer with Wendi, he and Ivanka have socialized at various locations with Putin buddy Roman Abramovich and his wife.
