9. Well - not to argue - BUT

It appears the camera was on the fishing boat to capture the day's fun, you know, catching fish, laughing, and just general - overall fun for the day. Not difficult to see how it could have survived if one takes a look at the mangled remains of the small boat.

And as for after the incident, could have been another camera - a lot of video phones around these days.

And if I saw a speeding Bayliner coming at me full bore , shit - I'd jump

No sense of a "fake video" to me - and I am a skeptic of the first order.
