Applied to Trump family it would trigger massive bankruptcy because they would not only lose their equity but still be on the hook for any personal loans or guarantees.

But if he was laundering for Russian mafia and they get their property seized then they would have a much greater advisory than Mueller to think about. What kind of terms do you think that the Russian mafia put on someone who caused them to lose millions in assets. If Walter White can reach into prison for retribution I don't think the Russian mafia would have much of a problem.

Wouldn't it be great if the Mueller was the least of their worries!
