37. Oh yeah! In my experience...

They degrade blacks, gays, trans people and poor people. I see it when I lurk on facebook (haven't posted on fb for a long time). They post this horrible degrading stuff, and they have people on their friends list that are black, gay, whatever.

They don't care.

I wonder if anyone reminds them that they are insulting people that are their "friends". I think the reason that their friends have not unfriended them is because they probably cut them out of their news feed and don't see their crap.

And as you say...they don't know who they are talking to. Mixed race marriages are very very common. I'm not a very social guy, yet I still know more than a few mixed race couples. Could you imagine making a racist comment to someone whose spouse was a different race? I don't know...I guess they just don't care?
