Trump's that ignorant, of course, but if anyone around him was smart enough to wonder hopefully about it, someone else would have explained reality.

Trump doesn't himself determine much of anything beyond what's on that cheeseburger he takes to bed, you know. Others vie in putting thoughts into his head that will come out his mouth as authorizations for what others want done.
