Both my kids are now in college. One is on a full ride and the other is on a nearly full ride. That alleviated a lot of stress over their future, and our finances.

I’ve lost 60 lbs since the inauguration and get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. My blood pressure is quite normal now.

We have a 401k and a 457 and the market returns have been crazy good. I can’t complain about it.

I’ve found some great podcasts to listen to each week and that helps me feel like all is not lost and certainly all this shit is not normal. That truly helps me cope.
