...the bipartisan working group that will be crafting the bill are the ones I'm referring to that are leaving Trump out of the process, going around him to craft their own solution to his manufactured crisis.

This just a just a three week extension. If McConnell doesn't keep his word, he'll lose the votes he gained today.
