Yes, I do not know all the details. It is quite possible that Hillary knew nothing about this particular sexual harassment situation. And it is quite possible that the accuser was happy about how things turned out.

Perhaps some subordinate called all the shots. Perhaps Hillary was not in the loop at all. But the buck stops at the top. In many respects, that's unfair. But that's how it is.
