What will McConnell and Ryan do to fix the "sanctions" vote that the President ignored? [View all]

The Senate passed sanctions on Russia by a vote of 98-2 and the House only had 3 dissenting votes. It was over-whelming in both houses of Congress.

But the President ignored it. It doesn't mean anything if he doesn't like it. Once again, he has taken the side of Putin over America's interests.

What can we expect from Mitch "Henry Clay" McConnell ? Will he agree with Trump or will he stand up for the institution of the Senate and the laws of our Constitution?
