away with the "it's a joke" and "you're a snowflake" bullshit.

It's racist and they know it's racist, they like that it is, and they thought they were in a place where everyone else would laugh and wink.

This kind of thing is our problem (us being white people with brains) so we have to be the ones to make it unacceptable.
