Via the NRA donations would be enough to hang them all. And the wiretapping goes along with it.
Ryan/McConnell knew (or surmised) where the $ was coming from and didn't declare it. Devin was personally responsible for passing out lots more CASH (not as easily traced) & other NRA 'checks'were donated to campaigns.
To me this explains why Comey went after Hillary because if he didn't the Repugs would guess he was tracking them. In the end Comey didn't want to out HRC because it would blow his cover that he was onto the Putin/Trump connections. Also Comey thought HRC was going to win by a landslide and it wouldn't matter, anyway. I don't think Comey ever thought she could lose it.

IMO I believe ALL those meeting were taped. ALL OF THEM.
