1. Sexual harassment in the work place harms all employees

I know this guy comes off as a bitter ex-employee but he has had to witness his boss getting away with harassment and probably, deep down, feels that the women harassed were kept on board while he was fired. So ... the harasser hurts the harassed woman; hurts the harassed woman's reputation; makes co-workers jealous; ultimately brings down the organization which employs all of them. Don't s*** where you eat comes to mind.
