10. Few years ago I read this perfect example of living in a bubble:

Pres. GHW Bush went from WH to a stadium to throw the first baseball of the season. Doesn't matter which season or which stadium, what matters is how he stayed in the bubble doing it.

The author detailed the President's steps:
Walk from WH to the helicopter.
Land at airfield of Air Force One
Go from helicopter to Air Force one
Fly to city of stadium.
Leave AF One and enter limousine, which of course is parked just steps from the plane.
Ride in that car all the way to stadium
Walk from car to stadium entrance, surrounded by the usual bodyguards and hangers on
Walk thru stadium tunnel out to pitcher's mound, wave at crowd, throw ball, wave at crowd again
as he returns to stadium tunnel on way to car.

then reverse each of the above steps.

It's like living in a fishbowl.

the author pointed out that at no time did the Pres. have any direct contact with any citizens.
that it was possible for Presidents to spend their entire time only being around their own staff, except for closely choreographed hand shaking and speeches at Party events, including electioneering appearances.

For most of the people who live Trump style, in tall buildings in NYC, they go from their hotel/condo, take 5 steps, duck into a taxi, exit at another building, go inside, etc.
they actually breathe much less outside air than we do.
and they see thru glass, most of the time.
