The Russians encouraging people to vote third party to sway our election.
That is not democracy.
People who think third parties serve a purpose other than a spoiler candidate in a presidential election are deluding themselves.

You:
Do you think America should be unique in the Western world in only having a choice of two?
Would you be happy to only have a choice of only two cars? Two types of beer? Two types of clothes? The idea that there should be only two is not delusional.

Thats all irrelevant to our current situation.
Pretending things are other than they are changes nothing and opens doors to atrocities such as Trump.

Nope not seeing anything youre saying as factually representing our current political system, nor do I see it as being relevant. Were not speaking cars or beer here. What we are we are speaking of is people who vote for spoiler candidates due to a misguided fantasy it has some impact other than to help aid the election of people like Trump, as seen in this past election.
We have a two party system and were not going to have a parliamentary system (which I do like better) ever in either of our lifetimes. Voting for a third party candidate in a presidential election is voting or a spoiler candidate. Thats very simply how it works. Be you a Republican or a Democrat.

OP
I know progressive voters who believed lies about Hillary and voted for Stein or a write-in.
