9. Per Rachel, Mueller making new criminal charges just today,

New breaking news, Manafort’s legal team wrangling about release details. Tonight Special Counsel filed on pg. 3, new criminal charges, additional criminal conduct. Bank fraud through series of false statements/documents like false profit loss statements, etc.

About his bail risk.

Joyce Vance guest. She did say it may conclude there is a plea deal with Gates and he is giving him more info OR, Mueller is looking to rescind bond agreements and hold him in custody until trial.
