Fact is, Ruskies caught us flatfooted. We should have been prepared to block any hacking attempt and spreading of lies, etc., and adept at responding to obvious lies and propaganda. We weren't -- that's on us.

Cyber war is here and we better learn to deal with it, or all our tanks and bombs won't save us.
