When they level an accusation, it comes in the form of a poorly-written, unsubstantiated memo.

When we speak of an accusation leveled against a Republican, it comes in the form of a 37-page indictment from one of the greatest legal teams ever assembled.

They fart pretty loud, but they don't have the shit to back it up.
