NO ONE wants machine guns back on the street.

Where are there machine guns on the streets? Maybe a few some gang bangers have converted illegally here and there. legal machine guns have killed a grand total of 2 people in the past 30 years. One of the killers was a cop. But you already knew about the NFA and the Hughes amendment, didn't you?

Here's how it will go down: New manufacture will be stopped - that will take the big money push from the NRA.

LOL, no, it won't. Machine guns for private purchase have not been made since 1986. The largest sellers in America today are semiautomatic rifles. Surely you don't mean them? They are in everything from home defense, to hunting, to target shooting. Cops use them too. Sorry, but they aren't going anywhere.

Federal buy-back programs will be announced and existing owners will be given time to either obtain a special license or risk a federal felony.

Or not. Based on what, other than wishful thinking and pipe dreams? Sorry, you lost absolutely all credibility on that one.
