He supposedly was kicked out because of the guns. If so she might be a more reasonable person to look after the affairs of the younger brother who is still in her care. Obviously the court should watch it closely.

The older brother is an adult so he needs to manage his affairs for himself. I got to think defense attorneys are lining up to represent him. Not your usual mass shooter client - he can actually pay for his defense.
