Trump Sparks 'Lock Her Up' Chant at CPAC After Knocking 'Crooked' Hillary Clinton [View all]

It all started during a segment in which Trump boasted about his first year in office, which he claimed was the most successful firs year of all time. Then, he led the crowd in a bit of call and response, asking them if they would rather have the tax bill or the second amendment, which he ended by saying he didn’t want to get “into that battle.”
That’s when he dropped this nugget about the fake media, which led to him referencing the right’s favorite kicking post.
“Somebody got on television and they said ‘actually this is the first time that I can I remember, Trump made campaign promises, he may be the only person that actually fulfilled more promises then he made.’ I think that is true. I don’t know,” he said. “But we have a very crooked of media. We had a crooked candidate, by the way.”
That’s when the crowd lost it, chanting “lock her up” over and over like it was 2016 and we were watching the first season of Stranger Things or experiencing the majestic splendor of Beyonce’s “Lemonade.”
The election, for the record, was 472 days ago.
