The problem is we seem to have limited ability to multi-task when engaging in activism and demanding change. I guess I just think all of this current energy getting funneled into 'gun control' would be better spent arguing in favor of climate sustainability or something. If we don't fix our dependence on carbon based energy then it's not gonna matter what we do about guns, in 50+ years the climate will be screwed and we're gonna have problems on a scale never seen before. It will make these shootings look like ants at a picnic in terms of scale.
