You will veventually get a choice of responding via email, phone or chat. I selected chat first and relayed my concerns. Then I selected phone and was surprised to get an instant call back from a very polite person who assured me my concerns and those of many others would be passed along.
Best we can do. I also have stopped all purchases, and I make quite a few thorough my business.
