My conservative neighbors odd behavior

neighbors know exactly what you are up against (they have the same issue(s) usually in dealing w/ that particular neighbor too.)

I simply ignore them (the ignorant neighbor). When we get together at socials etc., usually I get together and say 'hello' to the other neighbors and ignore the ignorant neighbor (who usually doesn't show up anyway at these type of events).

People seem to forget that it takes the whole neighborhood to work together in order to better things for the neighborhood overall. E.g., high crime, start up a neighborhood watch group, etc. I think these kinds of neighbors are too selfish and think only of themselves and what's in it for them solely? Don't waste your time w/ people like this.

If I were you, and this neighbor is being this way, perhaps installing or just recording all interactions w/ such a neighbor would be worth it to you, if anything, to just have footage in the event that neighbor accuses you of more than just littering. Sounds like this guy doesn't have much to do, other than drink and gripe at everyone else while he's drinking. Don't put up w/ it one bit, otherwise it'll get out of hand, and he'll think you're a pushover. Don't go over there and beat him up, but be assertive and stand up for your rights, you've got them too!
