.... Take a special trash bag and put it aside in the garage or basement. Go collect the beer cans by putting a pencil in the pop top opening and collect the can into a grocery store plastic sized bag. Then bring the collected litter beer cans to the large bag you put away as "harassment evidence". Do not touch the cans during or after collecting or transferring to the main collection bag. And do not let anybody in the family touch the cans collected in this bag. This is evidence against the crazy Nazi neighbor. The beer cans should only have his finger prints on them. Use this as evidence of harassment by this bully Nazi neighbor.

There is a way to freeze/reveal his finger prints on these discarded beer cans with super glue and then save them as exhibit B for evidence against him.

You should not have to put up with this crap.
