He'd called Nunberg at his home after the interview, and family and friends were there trying to talk him through this. Other than that he didn't say what he and the elder Nunberg discussed, but he was there with his son.

I"m pretty sure mental problems, perhaps a personality disorder, are involved. Nunberg mentioned an antidepressant, but I haven't heard that those turn people manic, cause them to spend long hours seeking attention, prone to histrionics, or...
